This page covers groundscall.com while the product is pre-launch. It is short because we don't collect much. When the app opens to other companies, we'll replace this with a policy that covers the app itself, and we'll email everyone on the list before that happens.

What we collect

If you fill in the form on the home page, we get your first name, last name, and email address. That's it. We don't ask for your company, phone, or anything else on the site; if we want to know more, we'll ask you in an email or on a call and you can decline.

The site keeps basic, anonymous traffic counts (pages viewed, rough location by country, browser type). These don't identify you and we don't set tracking cookies for them.

Where it goes

Your name and email are stored in Zoho CRM, the system we use to keep the list and send email. Zoho's own privacy policy applies to how they run their service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which sees the same connection data any web host does.

We don't sell the list, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone outside GroundsCall and the people who work on it.

What we send

We email you when something worth telling you happens: a real update on what got built, a look at how a morning runs on it, and when we're getting ready to open. It's not on a schedule and it's not weekly. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list for good.

Getting off the list or asking what we have

Click unsubscribe in any email, or reply to one and say so. If you want to know what we have on file, or want it deleted, reply to any email from us or call (469) 325-3303. We'll do it within a few days and confirm when it's done.

Who we are

GroundsCall is built by Legacy Outdoor Concepts, a landscape company in Dallas, Texas, in business since 2014. We built it for our own office first, and this site is how we're finding the next few companies to open it to.
